- If you are experiencing an electrical problem, we HIGHLY recommend that you do not touch any of the electrical devices or outlets for safety reasons.

- If you are aware of where the water tank is, turn off the water until we arrive. Dry up the current water on the floor to help prevent mold or rotting of the floor.
Measurements
- If you are looking to have an item installed, knowing the measurements of the area and/or the item being installed can help with a more accurate purchase options and price quotes.
Painting
- Before purchasing a whole gallon of paint, buy a sample (approx. $2-$3) and test it on your wall to assure the color is to your desire.
- If you are wanting a room painted, you may smooth and clean the area in order to save money on our time.
